Join us this Cinco de Mayo for a fun and interactive workshop to learn all about kombucha! We will discuss the origins of this ancient fermented tea, its health benefits, and methods of production and ingredients. We'll play with different "Mothers" (aka, SCOBY's) that make all the magic happen. We'll also discuss how to make both alcoholic and non-alcoholic kombucha cocktails. Kombucha Margarita, anyone? Workshop fee includes GYST snacks, including GYST guacamole with fermented pepper relish and chips and an alcoholic or non-alcoholic kombucha cocktail. Workshop fee also includes a GYST Mother (SCOBY) for you to take home!

*Kombucha kits (everything you need) will also be availabe for purchase at a discounted price for workshop participants.
