Located in a Japanese pagoda building, Ichiban features a traditional hibachi grill and sushi bar sure to please. Open since 1979, this Minneapolis Japanese restaurant is well known for its all you can eat sushi happy hour, where sushi boats come right to your table and the chefs are always willing to take requests. If you're in the mood for hibachi, head to the dining room where chefs impress on the large flat top grill.

Good for tourists.
Cons:
Completely over priced and the food is nothing special. It's also packed with tourists from near-by hotels. You can get better and cheaper hibachi at at least a dozen other restaurants. Dinner for 2 was over $80 without drinks or appetizers. Yikes!
