You don’t want to miss our May happy hour! We're changing it up this month and meeting at Brother Justus Whiskey Co. where you can meet and mingle with other fun BIPOC professionals. You'll also have the option to participate in a whiskey tasting featuring three locally-made whiskeys (details below).
Not a big drinker? Come and enjoy the food and fellowship! Taqueria El Patrón Food Truck (Hispanic-owned) will be parked outside offering a variety of regional Mexican dishes, including delicious tacos! Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Brother Justus Whiskey Co. handcrafts whiskey, 100% grain to glass, to showcase the rich complexities of malted barley. We will guide you through each of our three distinctive whiskeys during a tasting. Each of our whiskeys is a different expression of the “American Single Malt” style — which means it’s crafted at one distillery (ours), from 100% malted barley, and aged in new, custom-charred American white oak barrels.
Silver
A first of its kind, our unaged American Single Malt Silver Whiskey showcases the pure waters and barley of the North. Finely polished, full-flavored and supremely versatile, sip neat, on ice, or as the clear spirit in signature cocktails.
American
Minnesota’s cold winters and short growing seasons make for white oak barrels that mature whiskey with unmatched richness. We spent years refining our brewing and distilling techniques to capture the warmth of the world’s coldest oak. After less than one year in the barrel, the result is smooth layers of butterscotch, toasted oak, and caramelized stone fruit, with a campfire-kissed baking spice finish.
Cold-Peated
We invented the “Aitkin Country Process” to capture the pure essence of Minnesota’s ancient peat. Traditional whiskeys burn peat, destroying its delicate botanicals. Our “Cold-Peated” American Single Malt is the first—and only—whiskey in the world to capture the pure flavor of natural peat, millennia in the making.
