Hi Friends! Welcome to Minny Spoons & Co! What started out as a fundraiser to raise money for a volunteer trip to the Dominican Republic with The Her Initiative has turned into a local hand-crafted nut butter business based in Minneapolis, MN. You can find us at the Farmers' Markets or online at our website! Your support means the world and we can't wait to continue to grow and expand with both our flavors and the people we are able to reach. These cashew butters are made with simple, wholesome ingredients that you can feel good about - but are anything but boring! And in case any Hungry Girl Fitness followers are wondering, this page will still be dedicated to health and fitness, but with a new adventure that allows me to follow my passion and do what truly makes me happy - spreading my love of food! A portion of all profits go to the Her Initiative - an organization who's mission is to empower women here in the U.S to empower women in developing countries through clean water and hygiene education :)
