The PorterHouse Steak and Seafood is the brain child of Bob Gillen and Kevin Schleif. They currently run another PorterHouse in Lakeville, MN, along with two Chianti Grills, one in Roseville, MN and one in Burnsville, MN and Stout's Pub in Falcon Heights, MN
