We are a community and 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, dedicated to practicing and teaching the Japanese martial art of Ki Aikido. Shinshin Toitsu Aikido was founded in 1974 by Soshu Koichi Tohei Sensei, 10th Dan in Aikido.Get to know Minnesota Ki Aikido
Based on the essential Ki principle “Mind moves Body,” we learn how to maximize the ability that people naturally have, and how to respect and lead others.
The benefits of this practice are not limited to the dojo. This training develops the capacity for connection, focus, and relaxation in daily life.
