Umbra is a full-service restaurant located in Downtown East Minneapolis within the Canopy by Hilton Minneapolis hotel. We offer seasonal menus crafted by our award-winning Executive Chef, Kevin Aho, who embraces the changes that each season brings with new bites from the freshest ingredients available. Our menu celebrates local farms and producers, paired with craft beers and distilled beverages made in our own back yard.
