Dumpling started in the fall of 2012 with the desire to create thoughtful Asian inspired cuisine for the Twin Cities. They began their journey providing gourmet banh mi sandwiches to local coffee shops which led to a regular spot at the farmer's market. You can find them "popping-up" at various locations around town.
