Get to know Valley Self-Defense
Our instructors have 140 hours of Krav Maga teacher training, as well as trauma-informed care training from a local instructor. We train ages 5 to 95, with classes for civilians, kids, and women-only. We also have conceal and carry and defensive shooting instructors able to help you train using your firearm. Valley Self-Defense is available to train your group or provide private personal training.
