Owned and operated by father-son duo Ken and Brett Johnson, The Hilltop's got a long history in the heart of Edina—one that extends past its long run as the Eden Avenue Grill and the Pantry, opened by Ken in 1978. We've put a modern twist on the place, but we still believe in comfort food classics and old-fashioned hospitality.
We're your go-to spot—for breakfast with friends, for a beer while you watch the game, for a family dinner, for group gatherings. Grab a seat at the cozy bar or celebrate the sun under the retractable roof of our year-round patio.
