Located in a Japanese pagoda building, Ichiban features a traditional hibachi grill and sushi bar sure to please. Open since 1979, this Minneapolis Japanese restaurant is well known for its all you can eat sushi happy hour, where sushi boats come right to your table and the chefs are always willing to take requests.
