This is a weekly series that focuses on movement/ wellness classes, nourishments and community bonding. A build up each week of classes!
Event Details
Each each will alternate and build up to the end of the month dance party!
It’s a series for 4 weeks each month.
Week 1: Sound bath /Crystal healing/ meditation (mat & blanket Recommended)
Week 2: Yoga (mat & blanket Recommended)
Week 3: Hi : Low- Intermediate Choreography
Week 4: Kukuwa African Dance
Collaborating with Tamiko French (Sound bath, Crystal healing, Meditation, Choreography, Fundamental Jewelry
No experience needed.
Registration Required / Space Limited / Includes Nourishing Refreshments
