As kids, summers meant escaping to the lake. Whether it was canoeing, hanging out on the boat or jumping off a well-worn dock, life was simply better at the lake. There's something about being up north that makes you feel inspired, more generous, and grateful for family. Heading to the lake is something you always look forward to. And when you leave, you can't help but plan the next excursion.

While everyone has their own story, we all have a shared understanding of what it means to call the Midwest home. We were taught to work hard but always find time to enjoy the finer things in life.
