Start your New Year off by stepping out of your comfort zone with cold & heat therapy, feeling more alive with breath control, and connecting with your MPLS community on Lake Harriet. After party to follow at the Embrace North/Built To Breathe space. Our goal is to help you kick-off the 2023 feeling like a BA and cross-pollinate fun and healthy communities in the Twin Cities!
