Located in the Chambers Hotel, Chambers Kitchen is a two level, modern, Asian-infused restaurant designed by David Rockwell and covered in paintings by Damien Hirst. With Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten at the helm, the Minneapolis Asian food served here is both artistic and delectable. The menu leans towards fish, so order the tempura salt and pepper walleye, Maine lobster or red curry duck at this Chambers Hotel restaurant.
